Vibrant yet Delicious

If you want a vibrant meal then adding colored bell peppers is the way to go. Make a colorful frittata or a pretty omelet for breakfast. At lunch you could make a nice green salad with bell peppers or mayonnaise-based chicken salad with chopped bell pepper for a nice crunch. Then there’s supper where you could make a colorful stir fry or stuff a few of these beautiful peppers with rice and beef or whatever else you think would be good to stuff in them.
